A last-minute Pacific Northwest work trip turned into an unforgettable fall road adventure. From Lake Washington’s cool weather to driving a giant Penske truck through Yellowstone and Grand Teton, we scored perfect timing, fall colors, wildlife sightings, and amazing views on our 2,500-mile journey back to Texas.

We’re first-time RV owners who skipped the “short test trip” and drove 16 hours from Fredericksburg, Texas, to Silverton, Colorado.
